These are great. The coffee is delicious and different enough that even someone who isn't a total coffee nut like me can taste the difference.We have bought these for a while and they do compost down in our compost heap properly.The only downside is that they occasionally slip through our nespresso machine when we put them in, possibly the machine is getting worn, but the aluminium branded ones don't do that. it is a little annoying to have to fish them out and juggle the lever to get them to stay put so you can close it up and make the coffee.

I was really looking forward to these pods arriving. I have tried another eco friendly pod and although I liked the idea of being environmentally friendly once again the coffee wasnt great. I also found that often the pod crumpled with the hot water making it difficult for the water to filter through the coffee so a cup of coffee took two pods on more than one ocassion. It may have just been my machine (KitchenAid Nespresso) so worth a go in your own.. perhaps buy one pack to see. I will keep on looking for the perfect eco friendly coffee pod for my machine.

I buy this coffee combination regularly. It's a bit more expensive than some, but I love the flavours and the fact that this is such an environmentally sound product. It's a real guilt free treat!I have also tried the Columbian - which would be great for people who preferred a rather less intense flavour - it all depends how you like your coffee! The first time, I bought the mixed pack (with two boxes each of Costa Rican, Guatemalan and Columbian coffee) to see what suited my taste best. I recommend this approach if you are uncertain.

I was looking for a replacement for the Nespresso pods for environmental reasons and these seem to fit the bill, however the espresso coffee is very weak and has no depth of flavour. The Lungo are better but flavour wise still do not compare with the full flavour of the Nespresso range which is a real shame. So far I haven’t found a good replacement but I may still order these again as really like the fact they are compostable. Be good if they had better coffee in the pods

Good flavour, and entirely compostable (including outer box). Probably not as strong as some of the Nespresso blends, but still good coffee. Occasionally one of the capsules won’t puncture correctly, but most work perfectly. Have ordered several times now and not been disappointed so far.
