Works good. My job was lifting and hauling steel. Helped with maintaining muscle health and keeping that buff look. Excellent absorption and keeps energy levels up all day! Dissolves easily. Has a smell to it but not such a big deal. Great price compared to other brands that don't work at all!

Very clean, basic product. I like the non jittery boost. Tastes just like mango and peaches. I accidentally ordered that flavor, but I’m pleasantly surprised. People say it smells but that’s because it’s good creatine.

Bought the unflavored in case I mixed it with something, but will admit it doesn’t taste good, not bad but not good. Mixing is questionable, shake well and shake prior to drinking, continue process. Only taken for 7 days, so no real noticeable changes yet. Repurchase is still being evaluated.

Taste is much better than original, especially if dry scooping. I don’t feel as puffy either. Love this stuff!

Seems to be working. I take one scoop a day even on my rest days and I seem to be growing muscles pretty quickly. I purchased the unflavored, and it's not great. Although I believe the product is working when I put it in water it doesn't really dissolve no matter how much I stir it. It makes it kind of unpleasant to go down and I am forced to chug it fast. *update: customer service reached out and was fantastic. I am still satisfied with the product overall I have found that almond milk is a good low carb way besides water to duck this stuff down. Recommend and will buy again

This is the second time I’ve bought Transparent Labs Creatine HMB, and once again, the canister shows up looking like it’s already been raided. Seriously—why is it only 2/3 full? Are we just pretending this is normal now?For a product that markets itself as premium and "transparent," this packaging is anything but. I don’t care if it’s “sold by weight, not volume”—this feels like a straight-up ripoff. The container is huge, the powder is nowhere near the top, and you’re left wondering if you got shorted.As for performance? Meh. It's creatine—it works, but nothing magical here. The unflavored version tastes like chalk dust, and now every time I scoop it out, I’m reminded of how much empty space I paid for.Get it together, Transparent Labs. Either fill the tub or stop pretending your packaging isn’t misleading. Not worth the hype or the price.

Excellent product I’ve been using it about a year now daily no peaks and Valley just steady energy much better pumps that last all day highly recommended
