This was purchased when the regular 2-plug outlet became more crowded in the bathroom with other electronics. It plugged right in and worked from the get go.

It’s too easy to pull out of the outlet you have it plugged into when you have multiple cords plugged in. I didn’t realize how practical it is to have a screw in feature which this one didn’t, and only had one spot for a three pronged cord. It takes up more space on outlet cover so I could barely plug in other items such as my zevo bug light, or my air wick advance warmer on the top or bottom of this. I think I was just attached to the deal I was getting but is just not practical and solves none of my electrical outlet needs.

Not sure it's safe
I didn't receive the pictured item but a similar one. The power button sticks half on. The plug gets really hot when just charging one phone. I also got shocked when unplugging my phone because the plugs are so tight you have to really yank the item out. I don't recommend.
