I very much like the sturdiness of this scoop, I will be using this scoop almost 100% of the time for cookies, and I am very pleased! I thought it was going to be too small at first in comparison to other ice-cream scoops I've used in the past, but I was over the weak separation arm in most.The little arm built inside this one gives the cookie just enough of a budge to not separate the dough. I'm very pleased with this scoop!

We use this scoop at our cafe for ice cream and as a cookie scoop. We were skeptical at first since many other ice cream scoops did not last, and this one claimed to be durable and for rock hard ice cream. We purchased one, and only after a short week, one of my staff did break it. We contacted the company, since there is a lifetime guarantee, and they responded quickly to the broken scoop, inquiring how it broke and making sure that is was replaced and would not happen in the future. Currently we are using the scoop and absolutely love it! It holds up to even super frozen ice cream and even if it does break again the lifetime guarantee means I do not have to stress about finding a replacement.

I love this scooper. We've been scoopless for so long. I've had the thumb triggered scoops as a boy, but the simplicity of the Kuche scoop makes me feel my childhood was a lie. My relationship with my fiancee has drastically improved once the Kuche Easy Trigger Stainless Steel Ice Cream scooper came to our lives. She no longer has to fumble and bend spoons, getting ice cream on her knuckles. Danke, Kuche...

Contrary to the advertised product descriptions, this product is not worth the money because it's quality on durability leaves a lot missing. Scope size is very small, ( 1 3/4" dia X 1" depth ) Product price way over the top for what this tool delivers. I'm certain as an after thought that buying an American made product, would have been a wiser choice,(this scope is made in China) an I don't expect it to last very long before breaking apart ?

This scoop is super strong, lightweight, and the edge seems to cut through the icecream. It is so easy to wash because it has fewer moving parts and it has not discolored at all in the dishwasher. The trigger works best on more solid icecream but gets a bit gummed up with softer clingy sherbert I keep breaking other icecream scoops (like a hilariously bad infomercial) but this one has held up to my Hulk-like grip. The scoop part is a little smaller than I was expecting but I don't even care because the overall quality is so good.

Very nice ice cream scoop. It does the scoop and flipping out of the ice cream exactly as anticipated. It is sturdy and should last for years. The bowl holds an 1/8 of a cup and the edges of the bowl are sufficiently sharp to scoop hard ice cream. A good quality item.

I bought this to replace an ice cream scooper made by a different company that started having the silver colored coating come off and leaving silver colored streaks in the ice cream. No thank you!! So, I bought the Kuche because it is stainless steel and looks just like the scooper my family had when I was growing up. The Kuche I received is well built and looks like it will last just as long as the one I used growing up (Note: That one is still going strong). It works great and I'm a big fan of the trigger that releases the scoop of ice cream from the scooper.

this scooper is not worth the money. It does not cut through the ice cream any better than a regular spoon. It doesn't work as a cookie dough scooper because the dough is hard to get out of scooper. I would not buy this again.

I think I might like this scoop a little better if were slightly larger, but it works well. I love that it's stainless. It reminds me of an aluminum scoop that I had quite a number of years ago, nostalgic. My grandson likes to scoop ice cream when he comes to visit and he did a good job with it. The edges are sharp so it scoops solidly frozen ice cream very well and the trigger pushes it out. Cleans up in the dishwasher. Easy trigger. Good name.

This scoop worked really well for gluten free cupcake dough and also for gluten free bread dough used to make dinner rolls. I also tried it out on ice cream and it does the job. No more bent tablespoons! I would recommend this for ice cream and for baking too. It appears to be high quality stainless steel and is quite modern in appearance.

We love this ice cream scoop. It makes perfect ice cream balls, and we put the scoop in hot water before we scoop the ice cream, and it's very easy to use, and you don't have to do anything, but let the scoop do the work for you. Love the size, and the weight of this scoop. I highly recommend it!

This scoop is ligh weight but well made. Very solid feeling. The scoop has such a sharp edge that it’s almost more like scraping or cutting ice cream than “scooping” it. However, it gets the job done and easily releases the scoop.

Very comfortable to use, Love that it's Stainless Steel too. When I fist received it I was a bit concerned because it looked rather small. After using it I was quite surprised at the size of scoop I could make with it. Extremely lightweight so I do wonder how well it would work on rock hard ice cream. I am pleased with the performance on soft to medium frozen ice cream.

All my traditional ice cream scoops kept breaking or the "swiping part" would keep getting stuck. Yes, this scoop is smaller than a typical ice cream scoop, but it does its job well with minimal effort. Best random purchase ever!
