This was TOO easy!
Plugged it in, ran a scan, and had 56 channels!

Nothing to compare this to, but I have TV now
I'm not a TV person. I have only internet at my house and no cable. I last had cable - ie. "real television" - in about 2011. I'm also in a rather rural area. Enter this thing. Welp, now I've got anywhere from 9 to 30 channels, depending, seemingly, on the time of day and, you know, whether Mercury is in retrograde, etc. Pretty impressive! Because of logistics here, I'm not able to place the antenna in a location that would be considered "ideal" by anyone. It's out of sight above a drop ceiling facing a concrete wall to the outside. So I'm doubly impressed that I get as many channels as I do!I find the mounting hardware with this to be kind of clumsy and cheap. But it's an inexpensive item, anyway, so what am I really expecting? Rather than stick this somewhere and either drill for that or stick tape up, I just decided to use the movable mount as a sort of makeshift stand and just prop it where it currently lives. But it seems to work fine this way, so...great! I do feel that the cable could be a touch longer, to maybe reduce the need to chain coax cables together for it to reach its destination. But that's a minor inconvenience, as it goes.Easily portable, if you need it to be, and now, voilà, you have TV!

Not what I expected, very disappointed.
I was about to return it. I am changing my mind because of the sleek style that sits on the TV, but I still can't get the Channel 5 Fox network. All the other antennas are bulky and take up space.

perfect design and does pickup channels
design is what I like, and the win is, it picks up channels with USB amp on tv

Don’t waste your time.
We live 30 miles outside a major metropolitan area and I can’t’t tell this thing did anything. It seems sturdy and well built, but tried it on a couple tvs and even once in front of a window and it couldn’t detect even one channel. Purchased a different indoor antenna and it worked great and we know have access to 30+ over the air channels. Amazon did refund my money with no problems though, so I do appreciate that.

Nothing new here
Doesn't clip on TV as shown and doesn't pick up any more channels than the cardboard antenna even though it is in a good location.

It works
I had my doubts about this small antenna's ability to pull Chicago stationswith all the cell towers. I have 2 favorite stations back and the picture is very clear.I did need to reposition and rescan.

Looks great - improved signal a little for me.
I ordered this digital antenna so I could get some local channels on a tv. I was able to get a few local channels without an antenna (nothing was plugged into the coaxial port). I was hoping to get a few more channels like my other TV does (it's antenna is mounted outside on a pole 4 FT above ground). I knew that since this one just sat on the top of the TV, the performance would be less than my existing outdoor one. Well, I was correct.I must say, it did help with acquiring a signal. I must note that I live in a rural area, I'm not in a city or town. All of my broadcasting new outlets are a minimum of 60 miles away - probably out to 90 for some. I'm willing to bet that if you live closer to a news outlet's broadcasting antenna, you'll definitely pick up some more channels. If this item didn't look good sitting on my TV, I would have gave it 3 stars only because in my case, the signal improved just a little.
