I thought the suitcase would be fabulous, but I used it once traveling via a direct flight and the telescopic handle completely broke off. I’m small so it was hard to carry. I’ve contracted the company, no response. Bought in Sept 2023, 24”, used in March 2024. Big problem. The rest is the suitcase seems nice. I bought based from reviews. So clearly the flashlight is gone.

At first I loved this suitcase for its maneuverability and the incorporated TSA lock, but only the third time I used it (less than three months after delivery) the top "COMER-GUARD," (did they mean corner-guard?) pulled off. I had to tape it down to complete my trip. Despite the promise to respond in 24 hours the manufacturer never responded to me from the web site listed on the warranty. This is definitely a manufacturing defect, not general wear and tear. So I am outside the Amazon return window and the manufacturer ignores complaints. Now I'm stuck with a taped up suitcase that looks like garbage.If the manufacturer ever responds to me I will amend this.ADDITIONAL: Within hours after I posted the above review the manufacturer contacted me and provided a full refund. I should not have had to do a negative review to get any contact, but since they did not argue about the manufacturing issue and because I really like the wheels on this suitcase, I am changing my review from one to two stars.

I cannot get the lock undone. I followed the instructions. Is there a # to call to get additional help.

wheels did not function properly damaged easily did not like at all. Went to Europe overseas and I was very unhappy using this luggage.
