WORTH IT!
New customer,First time buying. Put 5 grams in water , mixed it,, dissolves just fine. Don’t fall for higher priced products claiming to be better. This small company is providing same pure product with double the quantity and 1/3 less price. Thank you Supro for caring about customer.

Great creatine!
One thing I like in a supplement is how good it dissolves in different cases. I’ve tried this in a smoothie, and I’ve tried it in water and it dissolves quickly and perfectly. I put it in straight zero water and in a shaker cup without the little metal ball in it and it dissolved after just a few shakes. That’s a big deal! I can also say that taste is also a pretty big deal for me it doesn’t have any unflavored means absolutely unflavored!I have been using creatine for quite a few years and pretty much the same brand since I started. I wanted to give this a try and see if I had a dip and I absolutely did not. I really feel that this stuff is on par with all the other great brands And something if you’re looking for a creatine powder that you could give a try and definitely know it’s going to work for you!So what I suggested? Absolutely! Dissolves, perfectly, no taste, and it works!

A seemingly solid creatine supplement.
Creatine, here we go again. If you lift and train, you probably should be taking it if you want to see results and gains. Creatine monohydrate is the golden standard when it comes to creatine supplementation and it is hard to go wrong with. The good news is, this one is no exception. This creatine mixes easily, I tend to mix it with electrolytes, BCAAs, and greens after a workout and it mixes no problem just from shaking. If you use a small electric mixer, then even better. Additionally, you get 60 5g servings for roughly twenty-five bucks which is fair and puts you in the local vitamin/supplement shop brand price value.Another positive is that this does not give any gastrointestinal distress or feeling of bloating when taking it, and I am happy about that. Overall, this seems like a quality creatine, even if it is a no name brand with little information about it.

Creatine - Nothing special here
First - cudos to them for actually giving you a full tub, Always thought it was a waste to fill a tub only half way.As for dissolvability in water, this is about average, I've tested a good number of creatine monohydrate for dissolvability, See photos of this one and two others. The first glass I put 2.5 grams creatine into 4 oz water, stirred for a minute, most brands show some particles floating, then I let it settle out, again most brands (including this one) show some settlement. So if you need a creatine that dissolves well in water - this is not the one.As for being micronized, most creatines today are micronized, so that is nothing special.Do I think it works, no reason for it to not work as swell as all others.I've been using creatine since 1998 and I have not found any brad really much better than any other, I just shop for a good price. Do your math cost per gram

Slight bitterness and grainy texture
This is a very fine powder. It looks and feels almost like powdered sugar. The powder dissolves almost instantly in water. It leaves very little taste when mixed with milk, but there is a slight bitterness to it that made me want to add some flavor to the milk. It also adds a slightly grainy quality to the milk, which isn’t super fun. I definitely recommend mixing this with something with flavor, like milk, hot cocoa, or a smoothie. It’s not very pleasant if you don’t have something to cover up the small amount of bitterness and the texture. This bottle is a good size, and says it has 60 servings in it. It comes with a dosing cup which is rather small. It says that the serving size is about 3-5 grams. The cup is easy to use and easy to fit back into the container. The creatine powder does get everywhere because it is so fine and poofy. Overall, I would recommend this, because it dissolves so easily, and doesn’t have much of a flavor or texture.

Good pure Creatine monohydrate
This SURPO Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 300g, 60 Servings is a good, pure powder to support your workout efforts. It blends in cold water just about as well as any creatine powder I have used, that is to say not amazing but you can do the swirl and sip method. It dissolves really well into warm or hot water, so I enjoy it that way with a dash of lemon juice for flavor or sometimes mixed in with some Milo. It would also work well in smoothies as it is genuinely flavorless and the thicker viscosity would prevent it from just settling to the bottom of the drink. The scoop is fairly accurate at 5g in each scoop. I just used my scale, but it is nice to know that if I'm in a hurry, a level scoop is pretty close to 5g.I have zero complaints with this. It's helping me achieve my strength and health goals.
