Awesome and original
The product bought from the seller ATM is 100% genuine and comes with a 1 year warranty for the motor. I returned the product as the unit's plug was non-compliant with the Indian electrical supplies. I bought it later from Nutirbullet india and got to know later that they make only BS standard plug types worldwide, and the use of same in India, with a converter (and no step up transformer, as it is not required) does not effect the product and does not void the warranty. The product is a little cheaper on Amazon compared to the offerings of the other vendors or their official website. Hence, a definite thumbs up to buy it from Amazon.

Loved the product. Works great.1. You’ll need an adapter (India) for the power as it comes with flat pins.2. 5piece doesn’t mean 5 cups or holders. Refer the Q&A section.3. Does it’s job fast and fine. Very convenient to use, efficient.4. Fake or original? I don’t think Amazon sells fake stuff. If you “feel” it’s fake, return it. AFAIK, it’s perfect. :)

Received defective product
There was no adapter in the unit carton. Plug is that of UK, not India. Inconvenient, as have to go looking for a adapter.Also it does not work. Customer support says it might take a few weeks to repair.

The best smoothie maker!
If you want to make smoothies at home, buy this model and no need to go for higher versions with 8 pieces and what not. Makes awesome smoothies!

Bearing in the jar has broken
The ball bearing at the base of the Nutribullet jar has got spoilt and emits fumes when we use the jar, overheats and makes a broken noise. The bearings appear broken. I have stopped using the jar because of this issue.Its only six months since I purchased the Nutribullet and use it once a day to prepare my daily smoothie. Expected better quality from a world class product!How should I claim warranty? Please let me know the procedure.
