It looks a bit tacky. It also came a bit scratched up from the factory-My first set was missing a critical piece, so I needed a replacement-If the plastic screw part breaks, it will be difficult/impossible to repair. They should have made that out of stainless steel as wellOverall worth it I think

I love how you can adjust the length of the pole and way it grasps the fruit so it falls in the basket.

The pole is weak , the basket is fine.

So far so good! This picker is light and easy to maneuver. I appreciate the bag rather than the metal basket: less heavy and more gentle on the fruit. The stubby "teeth" are better than the long "talons" for collecting fruit. So far I have only used it once and was totally satisfied. Will it last and provide years of service? Time will tell.
