Very useful product
Purchased this product for one fan and one light but it stopped functioning within THREE months then I contacted the seller who advised me to send it back. Regretfully they repaired it but didn't replace it for which I protested. However, now it is working fine and I am really enjoying it. I should say it is a must have item for the ELDERLY PEOPLE.

Stopped working in less than a year
The switch stopped working in 8 months. Fan portion not working, what do you advise?

working fine, good product, little humming in low fan speed, little disturbing blue led light in night, no fan speed indicator, remote made from good plastic material. Totally a good small productAfter 6 months of fine working I repeat totally a good small product

Humming sound is a shortcoming
Easy to install and operate. Doesn't fit for Legrand and hence I had to change the switch plate... Heavy humming noise... Hope the makers can fix this... This noise is stopping me from ordering 2nd product

Worked only for three months
I purchased one and installed it in the first week of August 2017. Yesterday, in mid-night, the fan got OFF and when checked the MCB for the room had tripped. The remote system had developed some problem and had tripped the MCB. It doesn't work afterward either through remote or the two small buttons in the switch board module.

Working Good
As on date it's working great. Except for occasional auto switch off of fan/ light probably due to induction.
