These magnetic, wireless rechargable lights work off a transmitter which plugs into your 7 wire trailer harness plug. These work well. Maintains a charge for at least 8 hours. Great if you have one of those baskets or totes that fits into your trailer hitch and try to pack too much stuff on it so that it obscures your tail lights. Can be a lifesaver if your trailer lights fail on a trip.

Got these to go on our bike rack that when fully loaded with multiple bikes and a cover can block the lights on the back of our car and we needed something to make driving with everything fully loaded a little safer. These are a great option because we don't have to navigate wiring and it works with the 7-pin connector we have on our car. It ends up being a pretty satisfactory plug-and-go set. Instructions are not great, but the set up is intuitive and it is packaged really well for storage when not in use. The magnets are strong, but you need to have plenty of metal space on whatever you're attaching it to so that they can hold from multiple spots and not get bumped or bounced off. I'm sure it's not as much of an issue on a trailer, but on a bike rack, we had to make some modifications to make sure the lights were stable.

These lights are an absolute game-changer. They work really well. The battery last plenty long enough for many hours on the road. Every function of you tail lights is transferred to these lights. The magnets are about 5x stronger than they need to be. Easy 1 minute setup on your trailer. I have used these 2 times on a boat trailer without any issues, 2 hours 1 way for a total of 8 hours, and will charge before next use simply because I don't know how long they will go. This will be the standard of trailer lights in the future. The build quality is 7 of 10, which for an imported product is good. I really like them.

These are a great idea but the execution here is pretty poor. First of all, the description says and shows a transmitter with a 7 pin on one end and a 4 pin on the other. The kit I received, and it looks like all the reviews with pictures received, does not have the 4 pin adapter. It also doesn't have the external antenna pictured. The kit I received had half red and half amber LEDs that when in range mostly worked like you'd expect. The problem is the range. With the lights mounted on the back of a car directly behind the truck the transmitter is plugged into, the behavior was sporadic. Sometimes the marker lights would flicker for no reason, sometimes the brakes would activate the amber turn signals instead of the red LEDs. Furthermore, I contacted the manufacturer and got no help at all for the lack of the 4 pin transmitter.Great Idea, bad execution, incorrect description. The build quality of the lights seems decent and the magnets are strong enough though.

The media could not be loaded. I needed lights for my 5 foot trailer when I tow it behind my truck so I got this set to do the job. It is a pair of wireless trailer lights that attach to the back of the trailer via strong magnets. All I had to do for the set up was plug the transmitter into the back of my pickup and almost immediately these lights did exactly what my truck lights did. The left & right blinkers blinked, the brake lights worked when I stepped on the trucks brakes! It is truly amazing how I was able to outfit my trailer with lights and no wires involved! It gives my trailer more of a clean tidy look & when I'm not using the trailer, I can remove the lights for easy storage.These came in their own storage case and charged via 5v in 2.5 hours.

The media could not be loaded. I got this set of lights so my husband wouldn't have to rewire our utility trailer. After some trail and error we got them to work. The main problem we had getting them to work properly and the reason for the 1 star reduction is that the instructions are very poor and are missing steps. There is a very important step needed to synchronize the lights code and the antenna that is no where in the instructions. We were just about to give up on the lights when my husband decided to go back on amazon to see if we were perhaps missing a part or something and saw the step on the page about synchronization that wasn't in the included instructions. After including that one step the lights worked great. My husband measured out approximately 100 feet and walked the lights to that point and there was no issue in communication. The stated signal distance is 30 meters so that worked great. The magnetic holders on the lights is very strong and it takes some effort to take them off of the bumper soi there will be no issues with them staying attached while towing. We will get a lot of use out of these lights.

This is a fantastic product that I didn’t even know existed until I came across it. I’ve always had trouble with the hardwired lights on my trailer, not knowing if they were going to work when I needed them to. This product is the perfect solution. Comes with great instructions but installation is easy. Simply plug the 7 pin transmitter into your connector and turn on and place the magnetic lights on your vehicle or trailer. No more wires to run! Everything worked perfectly for turn signals, parking lights, and brake lights. I tested the range and it worked at least 20 feet from the rear of my vehicle making it great for trailer lights. If you want to use this in addition to your hardwired trailer lights, you can buy a splitter which will allow you to use two 7 pin connectors. I especially like that everything comes in a hard plastic foam lined case to keep it all together ready to use when needed.

I find the price of 69.99 to be a little high for a product that's still a little buggy.There is a delay between the transmission and the lights. Range could be improved i wouldn't use these with my longer flat bed.I want to see the tech improved before giving a higher rating.Mostly because a delay is not road safe at high speeds it could be dangerous or you can get a ticket.Magnets are strong, lights are bright
