I was on the hunt for a BÉIS East to West dupe and found that this one looked identical and decided to give it a shot. I absolutely loved it! I took it on a recent vacation and loved that it fit perfectly as a personal item to put underneath the airplane seat with ample room. It holds so many items, I stuffed it with my headphones, Kindle, neck pillow, and still had space for my 40 oz water bottle. It’s got several compartments with pockets on the inside and can hold your laptop as well. The trolley strap for placing the bag over your luggage is a nice addition as well. Being able to zip it closed adds peace of mind while walking through the airport. The fabric and straps seem sturdy so far, I can see this bag lasting for many future trips.

This bag is pretty much a dupe for the Beis east to west tote. I was extremely impressed with the quality. It’s durable and stands on its own. I want to buy another one as back up.

I just used this bag for a day trip recently and this was perfect. The bag has a nice material that does not feel like it will damage or breakdown easily. It has a good weight to it, that makes me believe my belongs will be safe inside the bag. The bag has several pockets, one on each side on the outside of the bag, and a insulated pouch for a laptop. The bag has a couple of strap options, I would prefer the option to remove them if not using (but not a big deal). I also would like the smaller handles to have the option to be strapped together for easier carrying (again, not a deal breaker for me). The size is perfect for a day or two of clothes and personal care items. For my trip I had a swimsuit, cover, shorts, top, shoes, small hand purse, and a few other items and had plenty of room for several more items in the main pouch. This would work very well as a carry on bag and of course an overnight bag. Overall, this is very close to perfect for what I was looking for.

I'll admit it, I have a bag addiction. This is made even more annoying by the fact that I started back to "in person" work 5 days a week after working from home for 4 years and now I'm struggling to find a bag to carry my stuff to and from the office without having to lug a suitcase with me every day!This may just be my new favorite bag. It is big enough to carry my 15" laptop, my planner, and everything else I lug to and from work every day, without feeling like I'm toting a weekender duffle bag all the time.The only annoying part is the two sets of handles on it. I get that they wanted to give the option of a hand bag or a shoulder bag, but it also comes with an adjustable shoulder strap that clips onto the sides, so I don't see the need for the two extra sets of handles. In fact, I don't see the need for the smaller "handbag" handle since next to no one will carry a laptop bag by the smaller handles for very long. While I will learn to deal with the annoyance, I feel like it's enough of a design flaw to merit a 1-star reduction.

First of all, the quality of this bag is so sturdy and amazing. Even though the material is almost canvas like it’s very durable and doesn’t seem like it will break like some other bags. I love that it has three different ways to hold and carry the bag- there’s the shoulder strap which is detachable if that’s not your vibe; then there’s four handles- one set small and the other a little larger that you could carry it over the shoulder like a tote bag. I love that level or versatility, but then there’s even more with the space of the bag! The bottom of the bag has a board almost so if you set it on the floor it stands up straight, but this also means there is plenty of room for books, journals, notebooks and other materials. There’s so much room inside the bag but there’s also two additional pockets on either side of the bag that are deep as well. Even better, there’s a dedicated technology sleeve inside the bag and pictured I have both my iPad Pro with the keyboard case attached AND my old MacBook and it fits them both like a glove and has a strong canvas strap that Velcro adheres to another piece in the bag. Overall, the price point, the versatility, and storage capabilities of this bag are amazing! Especially when compared to other tote and laptop bags- this bag really blows them out of the park in terms of quality, durability/sturdiness, and storage capability!

When this popped up and I saw the words “laptop compartment” in the description I took note. I carry two and often three fabric bags (no purse with me to work. One is for my food, one for glasses, travel wallet/keys, one is for my personal laptop. Ridiculous!I am amazed to see how well this bag is designed to work for multiple purposes. The compartments. There are three ways to carry it: short handles, longer handles and a strap. On one side of the outside is a zippered compartment about 7.5 inches wide and eight inches tall. The other side of the outside has a hidden zippered compartment fifteen plus inches wide and 7.5 inches high. Inside is a protected compartment with a Velcro strap for my laptop; on the other side of that are two 3.75-inch pockets and two pen-sized pockets. On the side of the main compartment (itself being about seven inches wide) are two five-inch pockets. Finally, on the other inside wall is yet another zippered pocket, about ten inches wide. In short, this is one extremely well-organized bag.You’d think with all that the bag would be heavy. It is not. Solid, yes. The seams all around are tight. I found no loose threads anywhere. The zippers are strong too. Everything about this bag shouts “quality!” And the price of $35.99 (at time of writing) is excellent for what you get.Highly recommended.
