Omnia PillowThis pillow is much thinner and flimsier than they show on their advertising and website.Unless you are extremely small, you will need the insert that doesn’t stay in place and curls and folds in on itself. The pillowcase has a major design flaw - they put seams right where the face cradle is. I wake up with a seam print on my face every morning.Even with the insert, the pillow doesn’t properly align the spine for side sleepers. I have had a kinked neck, on the side I sleep most on, since I started using the pillow. Because the pillows profile isn’t high enough for the average person ( I am 5’7” and 140lbs), the pillow puts a lot of pressure on the shoulder and shoulder blade area for side sleepers.Do not buy this as a gift because the 30 days trial period already is not long enough to adjust to the pillow, even if you start using it right away. Also, you have to pay return shipping, so don’t get tricked by the false premise that you will get all your money back if it doesn’t work for you. The customer service is slow to respond, ensuring that you pass your trial period before anything is resolved.Also, don’t bother to post a review on their website unless you are going to give it a 4 or 5 star review. I gave it an honest 3 stars review and it has not been posted.
