using this since a month.Good pricing for 60 veg capsules.good for hair nourishment.highly recommend this for daily use for people who lack these basic vitamins in their diet. Didn't do me any good
Not at all useful. I used to use saw palmetto soft gels before using this all my hairfall had stopped. After i started using this produt hairfall started again.Not as effective as they potray it to be.Better to spend a bit more and go for some saw palmetto softgels.

6 months in and nothing
Well I've been using this for six months now, taking two capsules per day but no noticeable difference on either skin or hair...it's better to go for omega 3 instead of this
