Poor quality product
Today I faced Tyre puncture in my car Maruti Ciaz & when I actually used the product for the FIRST TIME since purchase (delivered in May'22) it failed miserably. Luckily no one was hurt. Product is supposed to work with Maruti Ciaz & hence I had purchased. However, it could not take the load & failed (see photos). Looking forward to replacement of product or replace the same with higher capacity product. Request Team Amazon & Supplier to look into the product quality issue & do the needful at the earliest.

Excellent product as expected
Little oil leakage on arrival, but not much. installing and using was very easy. However, if the user manual could be made more easier with pictures etc it would help non-technical people. People with little technical know how can easily figure out, but total non-tech people may have some issues especially with regard to the tightening and loosening of the hydraulic oil nut is the main and only tech that needs to be known, but if done wrongly the jack will not work!! I suspect that many of the comments here in Amazon of the other users is mainly on this point. I am sure they will bring a better user manual soon. But overall an excellent product, as expected.

Jack is good but plastic box was damaged
Plastic box is very low quality it can be damaged through transaction?

I did just that and it lifted like a charm
Works perfectly for my Santro. When people say its not lifting I think they do not bother to read the instructions supplied. It clearly states -IF not lifting then open the release valve and oil fill valve, pump a few times and then close the valves tightly.I did just that and it lifted like a charm. Just be sure to not pump a lot as I did lose a little bit of oil as I overpumped with the valves open. All in all a brilliant product for the money charged.

3rd class cheap quality
Unfortunately i got chance to use this car jack for 1st time after 3 months of purchase when my Honda city tyre needed puncture repair . Cylinder of the jack got cracked and whole oil got spilled , and i could not change the tyre . Now i cannot return the product because the window is also closed . They say its 2 ton capacity , honda city is just 1.1 ton .DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT .Dear Amazon , you should blacklist this seller and the product

A jack that doesn't lift enough
This product is built sturdy. But it doesn't have enough lift. I own a sedan with 165mm ground clearance. This Jack is able to lift up the car up to 185-190 mm. At this height the tyres are still touching the ground. So not really useful for changing tyres, which really defeats the purpose of this jack. So not really useful. Sad part is I tested the product after the return window expired. So stuck with this for life.

Great quality at best price
Easy to use product with great durability and very well designed, must have product for car, suitable for small cars like wagonr, alto, zen, kwid etc. it may not work well with SUVs.Overall a great purchase.Thanks to seller
