Its battrey runs out just after 1hr of use, & that too only after just after few days of purchase, it is cheap chines product, will work or last only 1 week at best. Avoid it totaly.

I bought this product for my mother she was using one too much expensive for last 6/7 years when she used this as per her it better than the expensive one as you have on off switch it was not there to expensive one which saves battery also very easy to maintain and workes perfectly equivalent to expensive one

I bought it for my grandmother after doctor prescribed her a hearing aid which costs a whooping 16000/- . After lots of researches and reviews I finally decided to give it a try.Pros:------------------------1) Super Cheap2) Very loud3) Adjustable volume control4) Easy to use5) Extremely small and matches skin tone, nobody will notice it unless they inspect carefully.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Cons:---------------------1) There is lots of noise and cross talk, sound is not very clear2) Battery information is conflicting, they say AG3 coin cell in product manual but FREE BATTERY that came with device is actually AG5.==========================================================================================================Overall can't complain for such a cheap price. I purschased this for my grandpa and he's extremely happy with it. He's able to hear the talkings quite easily. The problem is, it's battery life is not good enough. My nanna only use this earpiece when he has to talk with persons to hear them clearly otherwise he doesn't use this earpiece often. This method ensure a battery life of just 7 days* (7 days battery life totally depends on the usage, in our case, my grandpa uses it only to have conversations with people around him, for the rest of the time, he turns off the instrument)Since my Grandpa is kinda like I'll-do-my-stuff-on-my-own person, he tries to change the battery on evry 5-6th day which is quite difficult for him as the size of the battery is really small

The product is not that great as its mentioned in the description. Problems in functioning of the buttons, it's not smooth. The volume at the highest level is still low for a person using the machine. I would suggest the manufacture to re caliber the machine before selling it. Also please let me know if the machine bought by me can be re calibrated and the volume can be rectified?

Recently I ordered this product for my mother, this used it only for 10 minutes causing headache and laud noise inside the ear, i would highly recommend order something good hearing aid not this, above this problem the main one is, when I decided to return this product seller refused to accept it, before ordering it considers this factor. You're going to loose your money.
