I personally prefer to use undiluted under the tongue before bedtime! Helps me to sleep better, have been using for a week now and find my breathing a lot better, slowly but sure! As I am 68years old & have been a smoker most of my life and the last two years on vapes! & have copd! I find this product worth a go, and would recommend it to anyone!
