Trader Joe's Belgian Butter Waffle Cookies 8.8 ounce, Belgian Butter Almond Thins 7.05 ounce (2 Box Set)

Really liked the product but shipping leaves a lot to be desired, they are not a soft product & there is no padding at all, I don't know if they come from Amazon or the manufacturer but someone needs to address this!

Yummmm! Made a cannoli dip than scooped it all up with these. MmmMmmm

Received crumbs

Most of these cookies were poorly packaged and arrived with the boxes broken. Upon opening the waffle cookies about half of the cookies were broken into tiny pieces. When I opened the Almond Thins more than half the box of cookies was also broken into tiny pieces and it smelled strange. I looked at the expiration and it had exprired in August of 2019 and were not edible. Do NOT buy.

The butter almond cookies were very stale I had to throw them out. No expiration date on box anywhere. I won't be buying these anymore.

Both packages arrived in a large yellow envelope, and the cookies were crushed beyond recognition. I threw them out. Not one cookie was whole. I bought them for a party and I had to go out and buy other replacements. The boxes also looked like they had been through hell. Crushed and almost open.

Inadequate wrapping. No insulation. Cookies all crumbled. Very sloppy job shipping an excellent product.
