BOHEM Silver Nail Classic Elegant Long, Medium

I'm not sure about this. Not 100% convinced it's silver - no assay marks to show it is. It came in a small cardboard envelope box with no adhesive or instructions. It was meant to be attached to another bit of cardboard inside the box but it wasn't. I'd have expected better instructions, and better packaging. Once applied it looks ok, and makes a nice enough nail ornament. The nail jewellery can be bent to fit your nail.

More talon than nail, this falsie would make a fab gift for a goth. I found it a bit plain, though, and prefer the short gold nail I was sent earlier as this had a lovely pattern on it. I think this would look better with a flash of diamente on it! It is also a bit long for everyday wear for most of us. I'll be waiting for Halloween to wear mine.

This is a pretty reusable jewellery nail, made of 925 sterling silver. I apply it with my usual nail glue. I like the simple design. I just wish that the 925 sign was at the back of the nail instead of the front.

I have really small hands and the medium didnt fit my nails, i tried it on my ring finger but there was a good 2mm gap on both sides, i tried it on my index finger but it was too curved and wouldnt lie flat against my nail.I dont like the fact that the hallmark is on the outside, looks tacky, and the edges are very sharp. Not very practical and looks really odd as a one off, cant see it being useful unless you want to pick your nose.The presentation is rubbish, it comes inserted into a flat piece of card inside a crushed cardboard envelope.

This one is a classic plain design, with a fairly pointeed shape. I think having tried a few of these that they work best as a patterned design, the plain ones only work if the fit is perfect IYSWIM. But for daytime maybe office wear this is a discreet addition to a manicure.The ones I've had have stayed on about 36 hours with nail glue, I havent tried the adhesive tabs yet.

I'm now a huge fan of these silver nail accessories. This is a longer nail, hallmarked at the base of the nail. The silver is thick enough to be durable, but fine enough to be comfortable & sits neatly on the natural nail, held in place by nail glue, really making your manicure "pop" .

It’s a fairly thick piece of silver, not at all flimsy or prone to bending.Although the product description states it has anti-tarnish protection, I received a couple that were already tarnished so investment in some silver polishing cloths would probably be advisable.Packaging is minimal but sufficient; the nail is slotted onto a card inside a small cardboard wallet. Curiously there is no product information included in the package, such as how to swap out the nail if the size is wrong, which could be useful if gifting although the majority of nails sold are medium as a guide. No nail glue or adhesive tabs are included.Bohem has an extensive range of nails ranging from subtle to full on bling, so there should be something to suit everyone.

There are different sizes and this 'medium' only fits on my little finger and on only two fingers on my girlfriend's hand, so it is vitally important you work out which size fits the finger you wish to try it out on. It's rather sharp, not like a blade or a bodkin, but it can cut and scratch: it's not the kind of thing you'd want to forget you're wearing when you go to attend to an itch on your eye. It polishes up well, but marks easily so take care when handling and maybe carry some silvo polish in your bag too.
