The item came and was instantly rendered useless by the weakness of the blue poles holding the swing to the post, the blue poles broke within minutes of my 8 year old child trying to put it together herself and after contacting bandai, they refused to replace or accept fault with the fragileness of the poles in question. If you buy this product, ensure you don't let your child attempt putting it together without you present as the poles broke very easily and this renders the whole swing useless. The rest of the swing set is very nicely made, i just wish they had put more thought into the swings supporting poles.
