The media could not be loaded. We bought a couple of these cameras, because our neighbor stole from us. We had no choice but to spend the money on surveillance cameras if we don't want another break-in or have him sneak around on our woods. They have night vision. That is what we need, because these cameras can see in total darkness. it keeps the neighbor away. i discovered before we had our surveillance cameras that i could see little blue lights in the woods all over the place. At first i didn't know what it was. Our neighbor was all over our land at night and near our home. i was terrified. We absolutely need cameras in order to have peace of mind and be able to sleep at night peacefully. in the meantime i think i figured out what those little blue lights were. At first i was alarmed by a really bright flashlight behind our window. it was amazing that i saw it at exactly that time because i was just going to bed. That is when i went outside and saw the little blue lights later-on.Ever since we've had cameras with night vision the neighbor has not come near them, because they glow red. That is why it's such a good deterrent. My point and shoot camera broke and we couldn't afford a $ 110.- camera at the time so i bought a Besteker camcorder. it did not work well with my product review videos, but it did wonders with the those little bluish (i think they were blue) lights in the woods.it was amazing how well you could see those when looking through the lens of the Besteker. Later-on i put the memory stick file on the computer and to my amazement i could hear a beep. i remember one situation when i filmed and came closer to where i thought our neighbor was hiding. Something inside me said to not go any further or i may be shot. He usually carries a hand gun in his pocket.i got so so very scared and walked back slowly while praying. Later-on when listening to that particular film clip on the computer the sound intensified louder and faster/stronger the closer i came to where i thought he was hiding. in the meantime i figured that he may have been wearing some device and googled what it could have been. it may have been night vision goggles and that would show him where all the night vision surveillance cameras are and that he could see in the dark with those. i really don't know exactly what it is or how it works. La batería ha dejado mucho que desear en este producto, con solo 2 a 3 horas de duración no conviene. Su funcionamiento está dentro de lo que indica pero en cuestión de duración de batería le doy un 2/10.

This is exactly what I was looking for. The lens is 8 mm which brings things far away in close. I've given video to the police before and you could not make out the face or really even the gender of the person they're so far away but this zooms in on the street very well from the front of my house and it works very well at dark and even stays in color mode all the time. I do have flood lights in front of the house so that helps it stay in color

Jury is still out on this. The camera works great, better than the one it replaced. But I have major concerns about the housing. I live in the north east Usa, it's not out of the norm to have 12-24 inches of snow or 75mph wind gusts. I don't think the housing is suffecient, the seller disagrees. we will see

Daylight image is bright and clear and the night vision is ok

simply dosen’t work. Plugged it into the dvr and it’s fuzzy, plugged it into the TV directly and the picture is unviewable. I’m using a 12V 2A power supply and high quality cables. I have switched up power supplies and cables with ones from other cameras and they it still does not work. I want a refund or a new product.

Replaced a stock 1000tvl camera on a ZOSI 8 ch dvr hoping for better illumination at night and a more crisp image during the day. Got it. It is bulky and more complicated to mount than the cameras that came with the dvr, but it's plug and play, the bracketry is self explanatory if you have an iq over 5 or a child that is 5 who can show you how it works, and the coolest feature is that you can adjust the unit/ ir lights where you want them, then fine tune the camera angle with a joystick inline by the bnc connector. Very nice and for the price... I expected way less. This is a great addition to any setup. Pic on the bottom right is mine compared to the other 3 on screen at night/ ir.

Great cameras. Instructions are a bit lacking but they're easy enough to figure out. Customer service is there but I honestly think they're Chinese and use Google translate. Wrote them 4-5 times and they answered back but had not understood my questions. But if you're looking for a great system at a cheap price this one is it. Must mention, I used to own a previous system, very well known brand name and these (Jooan) surpasses them by far.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good product with very good customer service. I run a house rental business and need some fully functional monitoring device. I have used various monitoring devices before and finally approved of this product. I bought the first set to try out, and after confirming that it was very good, I bought a second set and added a few more cameras. Because the product is very good, I am willing to recommend it to everyone.

Je l'ai installé pour surveiller l'extérieur de notre propriété. Ce système de sécurité permet de dissuader les intrus et d'avoir une vidéo de surveillance si jamais ceux-ci se présente sur la propriété. Facile a utiliser et l'image est clair de jour. La nuit le système infrarouge réussi a donner une image définie. Par contre à la tombée de la nuit lorsque l'infrarouge s'active (par saccade) l'image vidéo n'est pas claire pour de courte période.Mais..la seule chose que je n'ai pas prévue a l'achat du système est que les fils d'alimentation des caméras n'ont que 10 pieds de long. Si vous avez besoin d'extensions il est préférable de les commander en même temps pour ne pas retarder votre installation. Le fournisseur ne le propose pas avec l'achat.

After being unable to add an additional camera to our existing 4 camera Jooan security system.I contacted Jooan and they were very helpful in giving advice and finally after several emails the additional camera was installed and working properly. I'm extremely thankful for all the expertise help from Sherry & Daisy for their advice and finally gratefully the system is working. Jooan's system is definitely the one to get. The video is clear and dependable and the support is outstanding. Thank you for your assistance Jooan.

I purchased this camera to add a 7th wireless camera to the 4 camera NVR purchased a couple years ago. Cameras 5 and 6 added to the system very quickly and easily when I added them to the system last year, but I ran into issues with camera 7 when I tried to expand again this time around. The camera added easily enough, but would drop the connection after configuration. Contacted Jooan support via email and they worked with me with me and ultimately came up with the solution to the problem.Will likely purchase an 8th camera now as well. Very happy with the system and works great with full coverage around the house. Inside and out.Highly recommend.
