Same molds/baskets you get from Petristor or Hozprom
I had been looking to get the two larger baskets in this set, so when I saw this, I figured I would order it. As anticipated, these are Hozprom baskets & mold. I have never had any issues with the quality of Hozprom's products, and they are cheaper than purchasing from a Western European manufacturer.

Great addition to my cheese projects.
I was only using cheescloth to form my cheeses, but these molds are more efficient and can be washed in the dishwasher. I much prefer this over the laundering and drying that I needed to do with my cotton cheesecloths.
