My MISTAKE.. Beware, after much research and unable to use this product for what I wanted... (Connect HDMI pc to old tv). This product is MEANT for VERY SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS, such as Old VCR to newer HDMI TVs. Not the other way around. So be cautious and do research before you buy. If interested in what I am doing, (HDMI pc to Old tv), you NEED a HDMI to RCA Converter Box. around $8 w/shipping on Amazon. Other than that, Fast Shipping from this seller and good package.

It's a working product, but not for going HDMI to RCA. This cable only does RCA to HDMI conversions.

I bought three and none of them work. Junk!
The GoodTony cables didn't work. I bought 3 cables. I tried all three and none of them worked.Details: I currently have a manual 4 port switch box that uses RWY. 3 in devices are DVD, Wii, & Nintendo. The out is also RWY and goes to the RWY on my TV. TV also has 4 HDMI ports. HDMI 1 is used by computer input. The intention was to take the DVD, Wii, Nintendo out of the Switch box and put them into HDMI 2, 3, & 4.I decided to try the DVD as it was the only one that had RWY output jacks on the device. I toke the cable off of the DVD, plugged in the new GoodTony cable directly to HDMI 2. It didn't work. I know the DVD (and jacks) work because I had it in the Switch box. Maybe the HDMI port doesn't work. I retried in HDMI 3 - no luck. & HDMI 4 - still didn't work. Could all the ports be bad? I unplugged the computer and tried HDMI 1. Still not working.I switched to the second GoodTony cable and tried the same scenario with all four HDMI. Nothing. I tried the 3rd. Still noting.Ok, I was finished trying these cables, so I plugged the computer back into HDMI 1... It works. I plugged the DVD back into the switch box RWY. It works too. ------- The only thing left is the GoodTony cables.Conclusion. They don't work. None of the 3. Don't buy them.

The cable did not work. I went from an old DVD to the TV. Tried a few other components and nothing worked.

This did not work. I need a HDMI2AV converter. It says on a sheet of paper that I can get one from you if this chord did not work. It also says that to feel free to contact you but there's no contact info.
