Shimano 11 Speed Quick-Link Connector SM-CN900 Silver

This is not Shimano product. Returned. Had to order in box selection for $4 more to get genuine Shimano links. Fraud.

Good product as always from Shimano. Its cheaper to buy the links in a ziplock bag vice the boxed edition. My buddy got the boxed edition and there was no difference. Choice is yours to make, ziplock = cheaper. Boxed = pay a little more. In the end you both get the same item.... missing links for 11 speed Shimano.

Awful - it didn't fit my 11speed chain...

These work with eleven speed chain only. They don't require tools to install or remove. Do yourself a favor though and get the KMC missing link tool. It's important to install with the arrow pointing in the direction of rotation. Some missing links install too easily and I'm never confident that they will hold. It may be necessary to find a link that is tighter. If not carry a fresh one when riding. But be advised that when a chain fails under full power the result is catastrophic.

I keep these spares in my saddle bag and hydration pack "just in case", I have a chain break on my miles from the car. These are Shimano parts that work well with Shimano chains. They are easy to use and do not need any tools to install.While I haven't had it personally happen to me, I have been with riding buddies where it has happened, and a quick link can be the difference between peddling out of the mountains, or hiking back to the car.

I like to add a master link to all my chains so I can take off to clean and these worked perfectly. I also keep one in my bag just Incase of a chain break while out riding

I took these to work to compare them side by side with the one that came with my shimano chain. under the microscope they are spot on. Who needs a stupid blue box? To save a lil cash a baggy is just fine by me.

Haven’t used them but I like the idea I won’t need to “cut” the chain.
