Transmitter Solutions Stinger 310LID21V Visor Linear DT Compatible

I had been struggling to find a remote to replace the very old one for the gate of my condo. And my lessons learned are: you have to search for the right MHz and # of dip. this remote works perfectly for me and the battery is not expensive and easy to find/order. Again, this remote works for 310 MHz and 8-dip gates.

Worked perfectly after programming for the gates in my community

So I bought this product about a year ago and it worked great. Exactly as advertised and what I needed. Then I needed it again this year and they send me the wrong product. Instead of the Linear DT 310LID21V which has the 8 on/off switches as described in the description they send me the linear 390 model. They look very similar, but they are definitely different. I live in a residential building and needed it for an extra remote and I cannot program this thing like I did with the other remote.I even talked to amazon customer service and they refunded me and I reordered thinking it was a one time mistake. I was wrong! They sent me the WRONG product twice.I will NOT be buying from this selling even though it is fulfilled by amazon. This is ridiculous. I purchase from amazon for the convenience and this totally defeats the purpose.

Through trial and error - I bought two other remotes that didn't work - I realized that my older gate remote had only 8 dip switches, not 10 like the remotes I ordered to replace it. This model is the only one I could fine with 8 switches and it is working perfectly, with even a slightly longer range than the original.

I bought several of these to use as gate openers. They work well and are slim in design so my family doesn't mine clipping them on the visor. Comes with a battery and all you have to do is set the code with the DP switches.

Works well. Instructions were easy to follow. Best part is that it works on the gate as intended.

This is a much sleeker and more attractive design than my original Linear that never worked for very long even after the dealer replaced it. The buttons on the old one were clunky and sticky and hard to press.The new one has an amazing range. In fact, it opened the door on my detached garage that was quite a distance away when I first put the battery in. At first, I wondered why the door was open already not realizing that the range of the new remote was so superior to the old one.A great value!

I bought this product twice in the past, but the pushing button is too fragile. It gets out of place. Also stays ON when I place the battery, so I have to use it and then take the battery off, otherwise, the fence will keep opening over and over. It reaches good distance, but it is a bit of a nightmare for the other reasons.
