Very quiet
I got this to put under my desk. Nobody can see or hear it while I am using it. I have noticed my legs being stronger after just a week of 30 minutes a day. If I get interrupted I go back and keep going. I also love that it gives me a better leg workout without plugging it in. It is stable and doesn’t move around while in use. I actually have to put something behind the casters so my chair doesn’t move back.

This has five different levels. It’s great for keeping your leg muscles strengthened. Would recommend for people who don’t or can’t move around a lot.
