Was rear-ended about four years ago. Even after two years of physical therapy my back is not the same. I can't push or pull a cart. With this, I can still play golf and not be in pain.Super easy to set up and easy to use.I've only played 18 with a full charge, but pretty confident I can get at least 9 more holes, if not 18 more. After a round I still have more than half the charge left.After doing research and reading reviews, this was by far the best bargain.If you're in the market for an electric cart, highly recommend.

Bought this product in February of 2023, have now used it for all my golfing this year. Putting it together was very simple and it has been very sturdy and easy to use, it is also very light and folds up very easily to fit in the back of my Jeep. I have used it with and without the remote control, I highly recommend using the remote control. It is so much easier to use on the course. I am giving it an overall rating of 4 stars for the simple reason that it has a tendency to track to the left and the instructions on how to correct that really don't match what needs to be done. The instructions say that you need to move the front wheel to the right to correct this issue. However, in order to do that you need new spacer bars and shims that don't come with the caddy. I have chosen to just correct the path with the remote control. Overall I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys walking the course but does not want to push or pull a cart.Steve.

First BatCaddy x4r is really good product, simple assembly, operating is as expected. Second dealer shipped item and it was received 2 days early.

Does everything it said it would, has made my golf game more enjoyable

I bought this cart in Aug, 2020 because I wanted to get a nice walk while playing golf. I only used it 4 times on a golf course, always very careful with it, considering I spent almost a grand on it. At the end of the 4th round, the rubber cover around the wheel just came off. It seemed like I could slip it back on, but there are thick gobs of glue between the wheel and the rubber cover. So the cart rides wobbly if I just slip the rubber cover back on the wheel. I sent an email to bat-caddy on their website, but no one responded or even acknowledged my email. Now I'm stuck with this $1k piece of junk, and no one who will provide any support on this. Bottomline - don't bother with this cart!

Easy to transport, set up, and use. Not much bulkier than my manual push cart. Pretty good video instructions for assembly and use, especially for someone like me who is not a fix it guy.

It does what I expect it to do. I play golf about 2 times a week on average. % months in use, it broke down. It won't respond to the remote control and, then, it won't respond to the control panel on the unit.

Easy to assemble, folds up quickly for storage or putting in the trunk. Very sturdy and I like the speed toggle which allows you to use the trolley without the remote. Only improvements I would like to see is a larger front wheel and the bag to sit at more of an angle, it’s very upright now which causes the cart to flip in rough terrain.
