I include a collagen supplement in my coffee every single morning. I like getting the collagen supplementation, extra protein, and like this one, the addition of hyaluronic acid for my joints. This is a large tub, you are getting a full months supply. The value is about the same as my regular brand, the popular one in the blue tub. So I will probably switch back-and-forth between the two, depending on whichever one has the best price at the time. It does mix into my coffee very easily, lumps dissolve as soon as you stir them. I have not tried mixing this into a cold beverage so I can't really evaluate that.Overall good, although if it were less expensive it would definitely be my only brand.
