Was unsure of purchasing at first as I have always used another quality classic brand. I purchased five different knives from the Comfort-Pro series. I choose these because of the polished German Steel, tapered bolster and the rounded handles. I am "Extremely Happy " that I gave This product my go ahead as quality and comfort are an important aspect to my time in the kitchen. These are new so my excitement and enjoyment of this substantial product will last for a very long time.Service was exceptional. Packaging superb. Arrived before stated due date. A nice surprise. All the good things that make a knife great. It just cuts and handles well -

Usually, I try to find the cheapest tools, gadgets, and equipment, that have a solid reputation amongst brands that are known to be widely praised and liked. So for paring knives, I would go with the Victorinox paring knives, that cost a measly 5-10 dollars but are incredibly sharp and easy to maintain. I wanted to "splurge" a bit (cause I really like knives), and buy a better paring knife to have along with my budget ones. So I decided to purchase this knife and was incredibly pleased with them. Not only are they sharper and sturdier, but they also cut through anything and everything better than the Victorinox knives, and definitely worth the money. One caveat; however, is that the handle side is a bit heavier. Not heavy enough to make it uncomfortable to hold though, so that is good.

I've only had this knife for a short time but the reason I bought this particular knife is that I wanted a quality paring knife (e.g. one that can be re-sharpened) at a reasonable cost. I was tired of cheap, throw away paring knives. All my other knives are high quality but I've never felt the need for this kind of knife until now because I'm cooking much more than I use to. I bought this one for close in precision cutting and so far so good. Have not needed to sharpen or hone yet so that will be the test.

This is a fantastic little Paring Knife. The handle is extremely comfortable and the blade is razor sharp. I have been using it on all types of veg and fruit and have been doing a lot of peeling work with it – really performs well on these smaller tasks. The balance is just about right and it has a robust feeling to it just like the others from the Comfort-Pro line. The presentation box makes it ideal for gifting too. Overall I rate this an easy 5-STARS!

After years of sharpening and resharpening a paring knife, I chose to purchase this one. When I received it, I thought that it was heavy, and I would not enjoy using it. However, after the first use, I found it comfortable to hold, easy to manipulate and sharp! I cut a chicken breast without tearing it to shreds, an onion peeled quickly and chopping garlic was a breeze. I was so surprised that this knife looked, felt and worked so well. I have been enjoying using it!

I bought this paring knife to replace the paring knife that was lost from my set of Japanese knives. The Zelite is far superior to my paring knife that went missing! It is super sharp, it has the perfect weight and grip! I have a small hand and small fingers and it fits so naturally and securely in my hand---giving me much precision and control. I just LOVE it and couldn't be happier. Now, I shall replace my Japnese knives so I have a complete set of Zelite. Thank you!
