Do not buy.
I wouldnt have given any stars but u have to gove one. The chocolate was not sealed it was cracked and it is not edible. See photo. Not the color chocolate should be. For the price i paid for one chocolate this is ridiculous. I do not recommend ordering this chocolate.

GGood taste but broken into bits
A good tasting chocolate but broken so much that there were pieces that needed to be picked up with a spoon. Something like this needs to be reinforced with a cardboard sleeve, or order by the case so it's already boxed.

My favorite snacking chocolate
I have tried many unsweetened chocolate brands - including Tcho, Guittard and Scharfenberger and this is my favorite. It has excellent balance - not bitter or sour, no sugar, smooth taste - organic and is excellent for snacking or cooking.
