Good quality. I got it to try to get a natural "glow". So far it works pretty well. Nothing drastic, but I definitely look like I have a warmer skin tone without sun damage.

Great supplement

I recently scored low on a skin carotenoid test so I figured I would add more vitamin A into my diet and supplements. So I’m eating more sweet potatoes, carrots, and spinach.This is a safe low dose that can be taken daily on top of that. I thought I’d only take it once a week, but you can take up to 25k iu/day so this is fine since it’s ten times less.I appreciate they claim to be non gmo. That was the biggest selling point for me in trying this brand as I never heard of them before. It seems like a good value too. Only downside is there are a lot of other ingredients, aka fillers. I wonder if they’re all necessary, usually not.UPDATE - so my doctor told me to take these every other day and I’m almost out in less than 2 months. These should last me 4 months at my pace, but I only have 19 left, so I was shortchanged and there weren’t 60 in bottle.Also, my skin carotenoid test is much higher today after about 6 weeks, so they do work at least.

I take these every day in hopes they'll help my eyes from getting any worse. They are small and soft and easy to take. Seems quality and have experienced no ill effect from consuming them.

I appreciate that I recognize the brand for this one- I believe it's very important to do some research before you take any supplements/vitamins. Much of the market is flooded with cheap knock-offs that are made in China which I am very weary of. I'm hoping that this will help strengthen my eyes which can be sensitive to light at times. This arrived quickly and the capsules are easy to take.

I just recently started taking beta-carotene, which converts into vitamin A (retinol) for good vision and eye health, for a strong immune system, and for healthy skin and mucous membranes. I wear glasses and contact lenses, and some days, I wake up with mild vision issues. So, I thought I’d try this supplement and see if it helps. I shall update my review here how goes it…
