These aren’t cheap - in quality or in price. These are, however, the best pillows I’ve ever purchased. Spend the money and get the best pillows you’ll ever own. The St Regis has nothing on these pillows.

Very pleased with firmness & adjustability. It does provide nice support, highly recommended. Very nice that it is adjustable. I do recommend getting the pillowcase as it did not fit in my regular pillowcases.

I washed them before using and they washed and dried beautifully. One of the best features of these pillowcases is the zipper closure. Prior to using these, every pillow case that I tried would slide off my pillow. These stay put and look much neater. The cases are slightly larger than most, making them easier to put on the pillow. They are soft and silky making them very comfortable. However, the zipper is the only difference between these pillow cases and my previous cooling pillowcases that cost less than $10.00 for two. As far as cooling goes, it works up to a point. I have noticed that both the case and pillow seem to cool best when the room temperature is less than 76F. Our weather has been unusually warm, and the bedroom temperature has been hovering around 82F. Once the temperature climbs, I no longer notice the cooling, even if I flip the pillow over. In fact, the pillowcase seems to get even warmer. Perhaps if I was able to fall asleep more quickly they would find the cases sufficiently cooling. Unfortunately, I struggle to fall sleep and stay asleep, so it does become an issue. Since I have yet to find any better options, I will continue to use these pillowcases. I just wish they were less expensive.

These pillows are lofty and still soft enough to sleep good all night. I have osteoporosis in my neck and lower back. I was concerned these pillows would be too thick for my neck, however, they actually sink down and my back and neck do not hurt. I would purchase these pillows, again.

They truly stay cool, and are some of the smoothest, softest pillow cases I’ve tried. They’re very wrinkle resistant, and did not smell at all coming out of the box. Size fits the pillows exactly, and quality is overall very great. The white color blends in perfectly with my sheets.

Yes, you can customize the firmness of the pillow which is a nice idea. Problem is that the ‘stuffing’ shifts to the top of your head putting your neck in an awkward position. If the ‘stuffing’ stayed where you needed it, this might just be a terrific pillow.
