I switched to this from a more standard memory foam butterfly-style pillow that I've been find with for over a year. The main reason I want to try this is that it's a little smaller than my old one and allows me to sleep higher up on toward the head of the bed (I'm fairly tall, and found that the way the other one was designed was such that I couldn't really use it properly without my feet partially hanging off my full-size mattress). With this one, though, I'm able to slid up far enough without my heels leaving the mattress.Not only is it smaller, but it's also MUCH softer. While it's technically memory foam, I would almost say it feels more gel-like. It's much airier than my other pillow. It's At first I was worried that would mean less support, but I've found that to be inaccurate. Support is awesome and I haven't had a single issue with a stiff neck or sore back since using it (this is not the case with all pillows for me). Additionally, I use a CPAP every night and I have found this to be much more comfortable for use with that versus the old one. I think that may have to do with the fact that this is lighter and doesn't push back as much when it comes to the headgear.Really great support in spite of its lightweight nature, and I LOVE that my feet aren't hanging off the bed, lol! Highly recommended pillow.

This pillow is soft, comfortable made with good material but lacks firmness. I am a side sleeper and i have upper back / neck pain, so was looking for pillow which gives comfortness for my stiff neck. After sleeping on it for few minutes, it feels very soft which makes it little odd. After using it for a week, does not improve the quality of the sleep. On the contrary my kids love this pillow and she prefers to sleep only on this one.Design of the pillow is really great and zipper on the pillow makes it easier to wash and clean. This pillow did not work for me due to the lack of firmness. if you are looking for less firmer one, then this is for you. Highly recommend for the people who is looking for soft pillow.

I am a side sleeper and was having a problem with shoulder pain because I couldn’t find a pillow - including a couple other specialty designed ones - that was effective in providing proper positioning and alleviating pressure on my shoulder. Until now!! This pillow’s higher side is the perfect height and I no longer have shoulder pain when lying down/sleeping. While I am not a back sleeper, I find the lower side of the pillow to be the perfect height for that position and it’s quite comfy.I also had previously slept with my hand under my head for added support and it was causing some circulation issues with my hand at times. The “A - side sleeping area” now supports my head in that same way eliminating the need for me to have my hand in an uncomfortable position.The pillow itself is soft and comfortable, conforms to head/neck, yet holds its shape well. There was no odor when I first opened the package. It came vacuum sealed and it quickly returned to normal when I opened it. The cover/case is really nice - very soft and I love that it is a custom fit pillow case! The breathable fabric does feel cool and does seem to do an incredible job of helping to maintain a more consistent comfortable body temperature throughout the night. I don’t seem to wake up from overheating nearly as much!I highly recommend this pillow!!

I struggle with neck and shoulder pain and have been through a number of pillows. This one is doing the trick right now. It's soft enough to be comfortable but still firm enough to be supportive. The height is right to keep me from rolling my shoulder forward and shoving my hand under my head when I sleep on my side. It's also comfortable for sleeping on my back which I do sometimes. The case is satiny and cool as well which adds to the comfort. It seems to be helping with my neck stiffness in the mornings so far, so I'm pleased.

This pillow is very soft, the fabric and the cushioning. I tried it both ways, but it is just too flat for me. I am used to sleeping on a couple of pillows and I was hoping that this pillow would help with neck pain and tingling arms and hands from sleeping in the wrong position. After just two nights, I couldn't see any improvement and I just did not like the flat feeling. I moved it to my chair, where I use it to prop my legs on. It is nice for that. Nothing wrong with the pillow, it has a neat design, it just was not want I needed.
