Purchased through Amazon and was initially happy with the product, however it started to be intermittent after 7 weeks and has now stopped working completely.Contacted the supplier and they replaced the defective unit with a replacement in three days.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this for my son who is having a retainer fitted next week and will need something to keep it clean.This appealed to me as it’s compact enough for him to store in his room and easy enough for him to be able to operate. One button controls the preset timers. It’s quiet as not to disturb him (the noise in the video is from the washer and robo-vac)A basket is enclosed for easy retrieval of items but I didn’t use on testing as I wanted to keep it clean. I used an item of jewellery and originally set it for 5 minutes. When the cycle had ended I decided to add a further one to improve results.It does work but a longer cycle is produces better results. It’s added a sparkle to my chain and pendants and the water was cloudy on removal.I am currently impressed with the cleaner, it’s working well and appears good quality. however should it fail to deliver results or stop working within a six month period, I always return and update my reviews. - likewise if it doesn’t offer a good cleaning performance on the retainer, I’ll let you know.

Just stopped working after less than a month. Thankfully I am still able to return it.

Broke just outside of the return window. Suddenly stopped working.

This is fairly easy to use, just plug it in and press the power button. The 5 minute green light will come on, press the power button again it will change to 8 minutes , pressing again will change to 10 minutes. 10 minutes is the maximum.I tried it with no solution first, but did add a soapy liquid the second time. This did give a sparkle to metal stones of the rings. However, there was not much change to the more heavily tarnished items. I think for them I will need a stronger solution.The second time the water did not heat up much. I will need to have another look at the instructions to make sure I have not done something wrong as I am sure the water is supposed to be hot when complete.
