One issue: screws were missing, but I had some.

The pair of flamingos came well packaged and arrived before the expected date. They are nicely detailed and a very pretty color of pink. The legs are sturdy metal rod type rebar and not the steel wire style that always come out of the plastic inserts found on the others. The tedious part was inserting the small screws that hold the legs on to the flamingo body. The holes in the brackets are not exactly positioned for the dimples on the bottom of the flamingos. After dropping a couple of the screws, I finally accomplished the assembly and was glad that step was over. The sturdy leg rod tip inserted easily into the hard ground as it's been a little dry. The weather is suppose to change later this weekend and the test will be surviving/riding the storm out. If the flamingos do not make through the storm, I may have to update this review; otherwise, I recommend these flamingos as they are very well detailed and very sturdy. Just grab your partner when assembling them just to make that step easier!

I bought these cute little guys for a halloween decoration. I didn't have high expectations (they're pink flamingoes, after all), but I didn't expect to have to use my own screws to put them together!! The instructions that came with them said, "Use the 3 screws included to attache the legs into the 3 marked holes.Huh. No screws were included anywhere in the box or bags that held the flamingo parts. Okay, fine, I'll use my own screws. Marked holes? Barely...just slight impressions in the base of the plastic body. Okay, fine, I can deal with that. Checked to see that the position of the leg mount matched the "marked" screw holes - check! But wait! Those legs look funny.....turns out the leg mount for one set of legs was backwards from the other flamingo, but matched the "marked" screw holes on the bottom of the plastic body.Hmmmmm......I'm not going to return them. They're PINK FLAMINGOES! But, seriously, this company needs to invest in some quality control procedures.

Pink flamingos are the perfect accent for my pink flower garden. And the details on these flamingos are so much better than the others I have seen. Usually there is only an upside-down V wire support that is supposed to be flamingo legs. These have detailed painted metal legs and wire feet with one leg held up as real flamingos would stand. It would be sturdier if the wire legs were a bit longer but I placed them in my large flower pots so that helps. The other issue is, wow, they are HARD to put together. Box included 3 screws in a little plastic bag that were so tiny I could not find them for a while. The legs were shipped separated from the body so you have to use the plate at the end of the legs to fit against the rigid hard body and get the 3 tiny screws in, nothing holding them but the thin hollow plastic body. I cannot imagine these holding up very well for very long but I do love how cute and detailed they are... so they are worth the price.
