Would give it 6 stars if I could.
Big fan of Hydroflask containers. For context, I packed frozen strawberries in it for my first test, and they were still mostly frozen after 6 hours and no additional cooling provided. I also got the next size down. Love them both! Color is nice, not my favorite, but that was not a dealbreaker.

Great for soup
The perfect size to bring the seasons leftover soup to work. It can double for cold drinks in the summer, too.

Hold the food longer than other brand
I bought other brands and tested with a food thermometer just to make sure that food is going to arrive hot and it was really awesome, I didn’t have time to have lunch once and the food still warm passing the 12 hours , the lid is secure and not there is no leaking with this brand.

Nice wide lid and seal...However, doesn't keep cold as long as others (for the price)
I bought this and compared to the High Sierra food storage Jars. This Hydro Flask has a very nice wide lid and excellent seal, However, doesn't keep contents as cold or as long as others, such as High Sierra food storage jar ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BYKQSVCQ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1 ) and, is significantly more expensive than the latter. Thanks for considering.

Not as impressed as I hoped
Does not keep my food very hot. I even ran very hot water into it to heat up the metal inside before putting my food inside. The food was just Luke warm at lunch time. And since it is metal, I can't just microwave it.

Make an inexpensive choice. It will be as functional.
