Great for a midday snack

I SO wanted to like this-others agreed-it NEEDED some serious HEAT! The casing was good, but only if it was blackened. The sausage itself tasted great, but we all had to use some habaneros to get it to the intensity we're used to. I guess when you're from an area where heat is used copiously in most dishes, everything else tastes bland. We don't like salt at all, and here it was barely noticeable. THAT was a big PLUS! Would I purchase again? Maybe for me but not for my gringos!
