UPDATE: Seller checked in to see if everything was ok. I thought that was really nice of them after a month or so to do that. I highly recommend if you have any issues contact this seller. Very helpful.UPDATE: All of a sudden the board started flashing. Turns out the on/off button went bad. I could remove the button part and the board would work. No on off or up down controls. I contacted the seller. He sent me a replacement power button. No hassle no worries. It was after the 30 amazon order days as well. I greatly appreciate the sellers help. Would buy from them again.Now back to my original post 😉First off I got this one after trying to upgrade to an A1. After 2 busted on arrival I was so upset but needing a decent board. So on the search again I discovered this one. I was loving the looks of the cord. Its even better in person. There is a box with power on up and down. Can remove the box and plug it straight into the wall adapter if you needed to. Good length on the cord as well. That said I felt it was not very bright. I even contacted seller and sent him a picture. Honestly i thought by this time it was me. Seller suggest tips to turn it up. I told seller that was the highest it would go. Seller sent out another and told me to keep the dimmer one. Took closer to the 5 days due to the weekend but got it yesterday. It is brighter than the first one. Love it. I no longer bump my on off or brightness settings. simple push for lower or brighter and on or off on the cord. And it faces the right way for the cord. The will not mention name of the busted A1s had to go upside down to plug them in. I will say really good packaging as well. box inside a box with paper. and nice foam inside the 2nd box. Way better than the A1 which did none of that. not even paper. No protection at all on that one.. Anyways very satisfied. It looks like its sturdy as well. I do think the light board companies should pay attention to how they package these. Aren't they fragile? Fragile should be put on the boxes. I dont think they get handled with care at all.

EXCELLENT light pad. Quality. I love the changeable light variations. Not too bright. Not too dim. Perfect. The large size is great for big projects. Very sturdy. Reasonably priced. Money well spent. Great service, fast delivery.

My 4 year old light board was going out and blinking like crazy so it was time for a new one. This time I wanted something really big. This board is pretty big! 22 inches x 15 inches. A 30x40cm diamond painting fits on this board with plenty of room! The board is almost to big now. I was having a problem with positioning. On the smaller boards you can move the painting any which way and clip it to a side. Not on this board. I like working on the board while it's on a stand so I'm not bending over, so I really needed to find something where I could keep the painting in place. I tried a bunch of things to no avail. I tried scotch tape, painters tape and masking tape, but those wouldn't stick to the canvas and my picture kept falling. I then tried glue dots, sticky tac and duct tape (I was a little desperate) but those left residue on the light board and the canvas.So I purchased 12 inch Silicone Rubber Bands, and made a clothes line kind of thing. I can move the bands to whatever height I need and clip the picture to the band. It's working great! Really happy with this light board and all the levels of brightness and different lighting.

This light board is a life saver for diamond painting, and a good size to work with. I just completed a canvas using it, and it was SO MUCH EASIER to read the letters--especially when dark letters/areas of the canvas needed to be worked. There's a +/- button to adjust level of brightness. Without one, it's like taking a perpetual eye exam for me, as I find it difficult to distinguish between O/D, R/B, G/E--especially when lettering is the same color and they're close on the color spectrum. The device is simple and easy to use right out of the box. I use a USB wall charger which cost a few dollars. Looks to be a great quality item. It's definitely worth investing a little money to save my eyesight, and I couldn't continue diamond painting without it. Great purchase!

My wife loves doing Dimond Dots paintings. She has had three other light "boxes" / pads, each from a different company. Each was good, but not great. I did some lengthy research and found this one. She loves the larger size and mainly the fact that the power cord is permanently attached to the side and extends out. There you plug in the switch and power cord about six inches or so from the device. All the rest have plugs directly in the side of the device which bend or cause the backing to pry apart, and become loose and the light will not stay or or will flash when the cord touched. It's 10 light settings make it far brighter than any other she has had before. She doesn't travel with it, so the size is not an issue. In fact, she does some large pieces and this handles them very well.Actually, the only reason it has a 4 star and not a 5 star is that there is a dent in the interior surface of the surface. It looks like something heavy was set on it and almost, but not quite, caused it to crack. Any more pressure and I think it would have cracked. It is still smooth on both sides, and functionality does not seem to be affected.My wife says when she eventually wears this one out, she will be will definitely getting another.

I am overwhelmingly impressed with this light board. I tried the Artdot one and this one is so much better. The ability to adjust the brightness is great. The light itself is a warm light so it doesn't hurt your eyes, unlike the white lite of the artdot which did hurt my eyes. This A2 baord is also bigger then the Artdot A2 board or any other A2 board I've seen. The other great thing is the plug for this board comes out the side and not the bottom like Artdot. In short this board is worth the cost as it is truly exceptional.

I really like that the switch i on the side and can not be turned off accidentally. The price is very good. I will buy another if I need another lite board.

Absolutely loved this light pad for my diamond dots for the last 8 months then all of a sudden stopped working 😫 not so impressed anymore.Reached out to the seller with the problem and they advised it was the switch and replaced my old one with a new one within a week!

We have been very impressed with this light pad.The 2mtr long USB 3 cable is long enough and MUST be used when powering the device, no batteries within it.The on and off control is positive enough and there are many steps to increase or decrease the brightness.When in use the light is even, no flickering and no banding. Just even light that increases incrementally when adjusted.The unit itself is light and yet seems most robust.We have been using it to complete various sized diamond art work and it is superb at adding clarity to see where some of the gems need to be placed.Our granddaughter has used it to trace some technical drawings, held in place with the supplied clips, and it was wonderful to be able to adjust the light intensity to suit the level of light needed.There are four pads on the underside of the light pad that enable it to grip on a table top, it does remain quite stationary in use.Please see my photos.We very much recommend this light pad. Excellent value for money.

I purchased this for my daughter and she uses it all the time. The cord the unit comes with is super long, so that's nice. There are several levels fo brightness...also a +. Overall, happy with this purchase. Thanks!
