The product is sealed under a plastic shield on a printed card base. Inexplicably the card base has been chopped off at the top so that the brand name is not even showing. That doesn't matter, but what does matter is that on the reverse of the card a chunk of the instructions is therefore missing, quite important when dealing with bleach. So I'm left unclear as to how to open the container safely. At least the 'danger' warnings are still present, just confirming my thoughts that incomplete instructions are not a good thing.

Cheap and does not work
I was really disappointed with this bleach pen. Paying almost a fiver for it I thought it would be good quality but, it's no different to the cheap bleach pens you pick up in pound land or the handy section in the supermarket. Don't waste your money.
