Soul InsolePremium Metatarsal Pad, Self-Sticking and Re-Usable

I never leave reviews, but I had to come here to say that these are amazing! I have struggled with plantar fasciitis for a decade and it’s a daily struggle for me. I’ve gone to a podiatrist, chiropractor, wear special arch supports, and have purchased expensive shoes. Today I got to wear sandals and it’s the end of the day and I have no pain!!! Like none. This is a miracle. There is never a day I go without feeling pain in my feet. I will likely be buying more of these and will tell anyone I know with foot pain. I can’t wait to see how my overall foot condition improves.

These work great! I walk all day on a hard surface with heels and this has really helped the pain in my foot. Only complaint is that after a while the shift a lot.

This product is fantastic. The convenience of moving from one pair of shoes to another is great. The inserts stay put, really can be used in sandals. The instant comfort is amazing.

I liked that these metatarsal pads are comfortable when placed but after a day of wearing I find them moved. The do not seem to stick well to factory insoles.

I’ve had Plantar fasciitis from time to time over the past couple years. I bought a pair of shoes recently and after wearing them for two days I also started developing inflammation on my Achilles’ tendon from lack of support on my arch and metartarsal AND my P.F. started coming back. I bought these for my shoes on my wedding day, and I peeled them out of those shoes and put them onto my other new flats that were causing me pain. Problem solved! I didn’t have to throw my new shoes away after all, I can wear them in all of my other flat shoes now too. These sole insoles are the best way to keep your body supported and keep the shoes in your closet!

These have worked well for my arch which is high. Comfortable, easy to clean and move between shoes, but I still buy more for the convenience. For me I think it could be a little higher. I use them under the orthopedics that come with the shoes and works great.

Well made, not sticky but stays in place. Good size for W7.
