Superb device
Bought this particular model after reading an NHS review on acuracy of 5 commonly available Oximeters here in the UK. This one was rated highest. Only slight niggle is that is designed to be read by a medical person so the display is "upside down" so you have to turn your hand around to see the reading. Won't mark it down for that as it's what you would expect from a medical grade item.

DO NOT BUY. INACCURATE. DANGEROUS
DO NOT BUY! DANGEROUS! This is such a bad product and dangerous if accuracy is required. I bought this on the 23rd of April and I can't send it back. Tested against a proper SpO2 reader and this is WAY OUT! And it didn't come with the sleeve as advertised!
