It’s very easy to mix, it dissolves well and has a great, zingy ginger flavor, with a kick of turmeric and pepper spice at the end that actually really wakes me up. Sometimes with the other mixes, I would get a stomachache… BUT NOT WITH THIS! I can really feel the difference in my body with the high quality natural ingredients. And the energy boost this gives is balanced and sustains well through my workout and beyond.
