Impossible to use by yourself, need assistance, which is not normally available. Even when I have people pull as hard as they could, no benefit. For comparison: 5-11" 215lb 25%BF

I am very happy with this posture corrector
I am very happy with this posture corrector. As soon as I put it on I could already feel myself standing upright with my shoulders correctly pulled back. It is very easy to put on, like you would a backpack and then adjust it to your size, no need for any help. The brace does not feel very comfortable at first, which means it does its job correcting the posture. I also used the 2 underarm pads, although wearing it without them is also pretty ok, it is made of breathable material and it is actually very soft. I will continue to wear it and see how the results turn out. Great product overall, will probably get one for my girlfriend too.

Fitting is slightly off but works well for temporary wear tgroughout the day.

Ladies this really works!
I am glad to get this. I enter the giveaways and this one I did not win but I went to Amazon. I brought this because being female and VA idea of what a back posture corrector I was desperate to find something not bulky and lightweight. I got this and I love 💗. Of course the item is bring offer again in the giveaway and I am hoping to win.

It delivers everything it promises!
I would buy again as I found out the hard way these things are not all the same. I bought one from a different company and it was supposed to be more than big enough and adjustable. On its largest setting me, a woman, found I could not fit into it. This one, however, delivers as promised. It is comfortable, adjustable, has padding that is removable and fits me very well and has really helped me.
