Most used kitchen product
I live in a small New York City apartment and I have a small freezer. This is such a helpful tool for compressing all my meat so that things can adjust in the freezer. The seal is very strong. I’ve used it for packing meat and there is no residual smell. It’s very lightweight and functions easily.

Life changer! Wish I bought sooner!
The media could not be loaded. PRO: My SIL has a vacuum sealer he bought years ago. I seen how he used his on his green beans. So I came home, did my search on Amazon. The reviews were awesome & so was the price. He told me to go on the reviews & buy this one.The directions were easy to understand. This machine may be small, but it’s mighty. I just love it.I did order extra bags, that said will go with this machine. The 5 bags that came with the machine, isn’t enough. So order extra.CON: Just wish more bags came with the machine.

It works pretty well, and I think it's priced reasonably compared to other ones available.
So I received the "semi-automatic" version, which when I got it was priced at $39.99, and honestly for that price I think it's a fairly competitive option, and I was fairly impressed with the way it performed, though I do have one minor complaint. It's a fairly simple device overall, plug it into the wall and it powers on automatically, it should be unlocked already - with a small cardboard triangle piece holding the jaws open (this is to protect your unit from being stored with the jaws closed, as that can damage the sealing parts - so the intent is for you to replace this little piece of cardboard after use and store it with the jaws open, which is a bit finnicky but I am the kind of person who will probably go ahead and do that, or at least always try to remember to not close the jaws when you store it. But yeah once you plug it in you are basically ready to go, this particular one you place the bag (*has to be a pleated bag or a bag with the textured surface, ordinary ziplock bags will not vaccuum*) into the jaws, with the open edge lining up basically with the center of the opening in the middle, close the jaws and hit start, and it'll vaccuum basically to a perfect level of suction and then itll heat up to seal the bag for you, in my testing it worked perfectly. Uses a C7 non-polarized plug (two prongs the same size, not one bigger one smaller), which at first gave me some concern (that's why I researched the type of plug, as it caused a spark when inserted into my outlet), but after some research I feel it's totally normal and will use the item without worrying about it.

Very cheaply made
Tried to use it.. would not seal the bag properly.. tried a couple times and on the last attempt I smelled a burnt smell.. put it back in box to return ☹️☹️
