Where is this padding glue manufactured/made?

Mmm can not find the answer- odd works well but can not answer where the glue is produced.

I contacted CFS, and they contacted HAR, who manufactures the pad compound. This was their response: Our padding compound is not acid free. The base polymer used for padding compound is naturally low in pH but is not considered a dangerous chemical as defined by 29 CFR 1910.1200. This product is no more dangerous than any white glue you would buy at your local store.

Is there a recommended brush to use with this compound?

I use a foam brush but not sure. This product is great

Is the binding strip insoluble after it dries?

I had to look up the word insoluble to make sure I understood the question. Assuming you are using the padding compound on paper, I'm not sure why you need an insoluble padding compound. I think it's a very good compound for padding papers such as scratch pads. One coat is enough but I used two just to be sure. Before I found this padding compound I was using a hobby compound called MOD-POGE . Okay but too thick. I don't think CFS is insoluble.
