And if you're planning to let it sit on the ground, the cable might be a little annoying as it protrudes on the rear. The cable is approximately 13inches.It needs to be hardwired, so I suggest hiring an expert to install it.This floodlight is made from durable steel (back frame), while the front is covered with PVC. The wiring is well-made anyway - thick and tough. It's rated IP 67, which makes it water-resistant, suitable for indoor or outdoor with a good wide angle of 120 degrees. It comes with a handle that can be angled when set on a flat surface.It has pros and cons, but this set is of good quality. I have the 50w version of this. The 100w may consume more energy, but it's brighter. I would not replace the 50w anyway as I am satisfied with its brightness, suitable for domestic use.I am rating this with four stars based on its quality, not considering its current price of £23.99 with a 5% voucher.

I'm generally pleased with this spotlight. It looks well made, works well and is reasonably priced.My only quibble is the '400mm' lead on ours is, at best, 330mm long, which meant I needed to use an outdoor junction box to connect it up as it was too short to feed through the single skin brick wall I mounted it on. It's not a big issue, but was a bit disappointing.Otherwise, I'd buy another one if I needed it, so I'm happy to recommend it to you.
