Really nice looking and great value house sign. I purchased it using Amazon Prime so it was delivered the very next day, which really impressed us seeing as signs are made to order and customised to the buyers requirements.It comes nicely packaged with decent instructions. Unfortunately my sign arrived with a little damage. The brushed aluminium backing plate was dented in a few places due to small artefacts (such as the aluminium offcuts ejected from the fixing screw holes) being pressed into the metal at some stage. But the seller was very helpful and resolved this by supplying replacement parts.The included plastic wall-plugs are ok and the fixing screws are fine if a bit flimsy, but they do the job as long as they are not over tightened. The aluminium stand off caps look nice, but it's early days so impossible to say how well they'll weather.The rear backing plate is black plastic laminated with a thin brushed aluminium plate (it's not solid alloy), and the top acrylic plate is transparent with the colour background and text printed or stuck to the inside face. It's nicely done.The grey background colour is similar to battleship grey, or dark slate. It's aesthetically pleasing and helps make the sign look quite sophisticated when installed.The sign is great value and the seller resolved the issue I experienced very quickly. A really nice item, delivered quickly, with good communication and customer service. 5 stars!
