I have spent thousands on "insert" hearing aids over the years and they worked just okay. These Jabra hearing aids have made a world of difference. The sound is clear and the volume is perfect. They are comfortable and almost invisible. The over the ear aid is small and it actually looks like part of the glasses I wear. So far I am very satisfied. The only draw back is with the app. It is a bit glitchy. I have a samsung S22 ultra and have to periodically restart my phone to get it synced up with the app. Other than that, these are a very good aid for the money.

The Jabra organization is fantastic. You get a hearing test online. No need to go to an office. Then you get a Zoom session with a real live audiologist who trains you and makes sure that you have the correct fit. The App makes it easy to switch between modes. The hearing aids fit so well and stay in place that I forget that they are there. Best of all when we go to a restaurant I can hear what my wife is saying, and when I go to my exercise class I can hear what the instructor is saying. You can't beat the price. Jabra is the New York Times consumer reports top pick for hearing aids.

Hearing aid arrived with dirty box and finger prints on it, when opened the hearing aid had another persons ear wax on the part that goes in your ear. Tried to turn them on to see if they worked but the activation code that is required wouldn't work due to a previous buyers activation!! I paid $1,826 for a new item and received dirty, filthy, contaminated junk that was also missing parts like the charger.

I had tried 4 different types of hearing aids before coming across the Jabra aids in late spring. I had tried $3,500, $5,000, $6,000 & $7,500 hearing aids over the last year. I saw a sale on Amazon and decided to try the OTC (Over the Counter) aids out of curiosity. I have moderate hearing loss in the mid frequencies and severe in the upper frequency range. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! I could not tell a significant difference between these and the $6,000 aids. I could tell a noticeable difference in some areas of my frequency deficiency with the $7,500 aids but not $6,000 worth of difference. I have been using the Jabra Enhance 300 for about 6 months and loving them. Customer support is great too with zoom meetings to help set them up. I can contact my audiologist when I have a question or issue. I had been tested by a professional audiologist locally earelioer in the year. I sent my results to my Jabra audiologist and she re-programmed my hearing aids to coincide with my areas of deficiency and right away when I downloaded the update they were even better!! I feel with the advancement in technology OTC hearing aids will be the primary avenue for people to purchase hearing aids in the near future. They are affordable, they work well and you can do everything in the comfort of your home!! I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend them to anyone that may not have insurance that covers them and want to save money and convenient.

I love my new hearing aids. The web instructions are simple and easy to follow. However, I was really looking forward to my initial setup appointment which was scheduled for December 27. Unfortunately I had to cancel last minute because I couldn’t take the hearing test. So I tried to reschedule and I’m STILL waiting to hear from you. Please call me or email me with a new time. I purchased the Jabra OTC hearing aids as I lost one of my prescription hearing aids. I could not get the OTC aids to work. I tried without success then took the Jabra online hearing test which resulted in a not for you with severe hearing loss. Since that time my audiologist told me that no OTC hearing aids will work for me. Something to consider before you buy.

Only had them 2 days. Awesome so far. No hiss no whistle, just clear sound. Can hardly tell I'm wearing them. Returned a $300 pair and got these for $1600. Worth all the difference.
