I've seen reviews complaining about how this is stored. I honestly didn't have any problems. The base unit goes into the upper containers. Easy as 1,2,3.Cooked a fantastic meal with this. Works great.

The media could not be loaded. This 3 tier steamer made cooking much more easy for me. With the proper setting everything steamed perfecly.

if needing or wanting to steam a lot of food in a short amount of time, this is certainly the tool to use. put the more dense veggies (or whatever you're steaming) on the bottom tier and graduate to the least dense on the top tier. that seems to work better. of course, it all gets steamed in the long run, the bottom tier just gets more of the solid steam before it wafts to the top. it's ok to clean if you have a large enough sink. i so live in a small space, so i do find myself struggling more than an average kitchen sink would handle. this really works well for large dinners, as a single person home it's a big tool to keep around. storing it is a thing, so again, this really works best for bigger households with no space saving problems.

It's really convenient using this food steamer for vegetables to get it tasting to perfection for my whole family to enjoy. It's super simple to use and clean up by hand after I am done using it. A really cool design.

I disliked the way the baskets fit together. It seems not to fit securely. A hard look at that could produce a safe secure coupling.
