On 9/6/22 on Amazon I purchased 3 - 24" x 48'L slat wall panels, and 9 downslope baskets 48x12x6 inch black slanted front lip to be used with the slat wall Panels in a small retail store, because a change of business plan I decided to not open the small retail store and return all items purchased for that purpose. On 10/6/22 began making attempts on returning the Slatwall Panels and downslope shelves to Simple Retail, the deadline time to return items were 10/18/22. Once I completed the request to return the items there was an additional question included in the message asking would I need assistance and the message offered assistance on picking up the items, because the items are heavy in weight I agreed to allow a pickup, I assume it would be a pickup from Amazon, therefore I agreed to allow for pickup. The instructions stated to print the labels provided, place on outside of boxes to be shipped, I did follow the instructions provided. I monitored the boxes daily from 10/7/22 - 10/11/22 the boxes were not picked up. I was concerned because now I am approaching my deadline date of 10/18/22 to get these items returned to the seller Simple Retail. On 10-11-22 I began calling Amazon to discuss the situation and to get a status of when the boxes would be picked up, I called Amazon several times from 10/11 - 10/15 requesting assistance and that I only had until 10-18 -22 to get the items returned. Amazon rep stated she would email the seller for a prepaid postage label that it would take 48 hours for Simple Retail to respond, Monday 10-17-22 called Amazon again, rep stated the 48 hrs does not include weekends, she would contact Simple Retail again for a prepaid postage label. I reminded Amazon that 10-18-22 is the deadline date to get it returned and I was not sure of what to do, the rep stated that I can file a A-Z claim, as I was confused on what a A-Z claim is, I was under the impression that it could extend the deadline date, again the amazon rep stated that I would need to wait 48 hours for a response from the seller Simple Retail. on 10-20-22 I called amazon again to discuss the status, the amazon rep said I had missed the deadline date of 10-18-22, and there is nothing amazon can do, and cannot file the A-Z claim.On 10-24-22 I called the seller Simple Retail, spoke with representative, Samatha stated there was nothing Simple Retail will do for the refund because I missed the return deadline date of 10-18-22 and they have a agreement with Amazon.( I did not understand the answer provided). After a 30 minute phone call with their office, it was left there is nothing they can do to assist with this return. I ordered the items on 9-6-22 and started returning items 10-6, I was not familiar on how to return large items and was under the impression a shipping company was going to pick up the items. Although it is very confusing on the returns, I truly feel that there could be a customer service offered to me from Simple Retail. Since then I have attempted to ship the items back the shipping cost would be over $500 to return the items. The cost of the items for a refund is appx $820.00, not sure who is at fault or error, I am taking ownership for the lack of knowledge of not knowing how to ship large packages back to seller, and Simple Retail refuses to give refund even if I pay the shipping myself. Their website says they will take back items up to 1 year. Just feel this is poor customer service, and there is nothing the seller is offering to assist with this return.

I mostly work from home and wanted to elevate my space. This wall system added visual interest and I have since ordered clips which allow me to hang bins for my file folders! Love this!!! I actually cut the boards in half to cover more vertical space.

I purchased these panels for an entire wall about 11ft. by 8 ft. They are well constructed and are true to the dimensions given at 2ft by 4 ft. which was very helpful. I got the maple shade. They are a very light shade of Maple. Color options are limited. I wish they were a little darker more like a red maple. Shipping was OK however you have to have the whole day free to accept them because they give only arriving today as delivery time. not the products fault though.
